If duplicate Accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all balances and winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
The Platform is intended for use by Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. To access the full range of Services on Perodua88, Players must register a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred currency. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Perodua88 will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials shall be deemed to have been carried out by you. All games available on the Perodua88 Platform operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The results of all games are determined by these RNG systems and are not influenced by the Platform, individual Players, or any third party.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes. Past results do not influence future outcomes in any game.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a round, Perodua88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the Player's Balance. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Company's official record of the event outcome shall be used as the definitive source.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Perodua88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and permanent banning from the Platform:
All content on the Perodua88 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, text, user interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Perodua88 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express written consent of Perodua88 is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perodua88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other financial loss not directly caused by gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Perodua88's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Perodua88 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its Services.
Perodua88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling among its Players. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible via the Account Settings section:
Perodua88 will not reverse a self-exclusion request under any circumstances until the specified exclusion period has expired. For permanent self-exclusion, the closure is irreversible.
Players may close their Accounts at any time by contacting Perodua88 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding wagering requirements remain on bonus funds.
Perodua88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
In the event of termination due to breach, Perodua88 reserves the right to forfeit the Player's entire Account balance, including any pending winnings.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Perodua88 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may submit the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism operated by the Platform's licensing authority. The decision of the appointed adjudicator shall be binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent a Player from seeking injunctive or other emergency relief from a competent court of jurisdiction in matters of urgency.
Perodua88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Players who do not agree with updated Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
